SLBC UAE offers several membership categories designed to accommodate business owners, corporate organisations, professionals, and strategic partners who share an interest in promoting business relationships between Sri Lanka and the UAE.
Individual Membership
Open to Sri Lankan citizens who are business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and senior management professionals employed within Sri Lankan or international companies operating in the UAE.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Corporate Membership
Open to companies established in the UAE or Sri Lanka that have an interest in strengthening business relationships between the two countries.
Corporate members appoint a senior management representative to participate in council activities, events, and meetings on behalf of the organisation.
Associate Membership
Available to non-Sri Lankan individuals or organisations with a demonstrated business connection to Sri Lanka, including agents and representatives working with Sri Lankan companies.
Applications are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
Honorary Membership
Awarded to distinguished individuals who have made significant contributions to strengthening Sri Lanka-UAE relations or who hold key positions within diplomatic, governmental, or business institutions.
Membership Approval
All membership applications are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors of SLBC UAE.
Membership is granted to individuals and organisations that demonstrate a commitment to supporting the objectives, values, and mission of the Council.
