The Sri Lanka Business Council UAE proudly launched SLBC NextGen, a new initiative designed to connect, inspire, and empower the next generation of Sri Lankan professionals, entrepreneurs, and future business leaders in the UAE.
The inaugural event welcomed more than 50 young professionals, creating an engaging platform for networking, learning, and leadership development. Guests heard inspiring presentations from M. Mahadevan, Kasun Sigera, and Zeinab Shabbir Tinwala, who shared valuable insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, career development, and navigating real-world business challenges.
The enthusiasm and active participation shown throughout the evening reflected the strong demand for a platform dedicated to supporting emerging professionals. The launch marked the beginning of what promises to be a valuable initiative within the Sri Lanka Business Council UAE, focused on developing future leaders and strengthening the Sri Lankan business community in the UAE.
